Kontor

Kontor is Frostmoln's collaboration suite — email, file sync and sharing, and online document editing — hosted in the EU/EEA on a domain you control.

Availability

Kontor is rolled out in stages. If it isn't visible in your portal navigation, it isn't enabled for your project yet.

What's included

• Mail — mailboxes on your own domain.
• Files — file storage, sync, and sharing.
• Documents — collaborative online editing of documents and spreadsheets.

Set up

Under Kontor, the workflow is:

1. Add a domain and verify ownership via DNS.
2. Create users and assign them mailboxes and storage.
3. Optionally organise users into groups.
4. Use Migrations to import mail from an existing provider.
